Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING :

Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

Once an order has has been confirmed and dispatched it takes to 2-3 working days to get it delivered for parcels outside Karachi on cash on delivery method.                                                   

For all the parcel within Karachi it takes a day or two working days after dispatchment.

In urgent delivery it takes a day or two working days for parcels outside Karachi. Not available on cod method. Only applicable once we have received payment in account before dispatchment. For parcels within Karachi once we receive the payment we get it delivered within hours after dispatchment.

 Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. You will receive confirmation once your order has been placed.
COD (Cash On Delivery) orders are verified via telephone or email before dispatching. However in case of repeat orders, clearance sale and other promotions orders may be proceeded without telephonic verification.
In case if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone, text or email in case of shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case a refund will be issued.
All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by PORTER at any time.
Orders may experience delay during bad weather conditions or during sale season.

PAYMENT METHOD :

Cash on delivery or Via bank transfer.

EXCHANGES :

In case of an exchange product will be dispatched back to our office address. Once we have received the product it will be sent to our quality control department once it's cleared from there will dispatch the other required product.
Product(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Fragrances essentials cannot be exchanged or returned.

CONDITIONS :

Make sure the tags are attached as it were before.
Make sure the product is in its original and undamaged packing.
Make sure the product is unused.
Please note that minimum time for processing exchange is 07 working days. In case of exchange or return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. This policy applies to all online orders.

Discounted Products :

Exchanges during sale is ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
